Monthly Support

For previous clients only.

This package is for those of you who will find comfort in extra support even after we are done working together. You can choose between one of these two options: 12 monthly, 30-minute support calls (one call per month) or 9 phone calls and 3 emails that can be sent at any time within the year. This package must be purchased within 30 days of completing a sleep plan with me.
